We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff made us feel welcomed and were always available to answer our questions. They were pretty good too fulfill our requests, providing more than what we asked for. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-presented bathroom. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the housekeeping staff did a fabulous job. The location was perfect, just near Luna Park and opposite the train station that had frequent trains to central Sydney. Transportation was convenient, making it easy for us to explore this city.

The room wasnice and neat, with a great view of the water. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of choices. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the train station and a few minutes away from the Harbour Bridge. The parking was affordable and convenient. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite a train station, making it easy to travel to central Sydney. It is also situated down a steep hill with a good selection of restaurants and shops towards the water. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great storage and plenty of outlets. The bathroom has a brilliant shower with good water pressure. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.
Some staff members were reported to be rude during check-in and not providing necessary information.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is fantastic as it's just across the road from the train station, making it very easy to get around. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering me a welcome drink upon arrival. The room was spacious, clean and well-maintained with all the amenities I needed, including a flat-screen TV and electric kettle. The outdoor swimming pool and sauna were great for relaxation, and the free shuttle service made getting to and from the hotel a breeze.
If you're looking for a place to stay with great service and plenty of amenities, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

As a family, we loved the modern and beautifully presented rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering great tea and coffee services. The location was convenient, with a good court beneath the hotel and an easy walk to the harbour, Luna Park, and the train station. great value for the quality of the hotel.
